Thursday, August 8, 2013. I just wanted to stop by and update my blog a little bit. Firstly, the Gansavoort is no longer. It is now the The Perry Hotel but that has also closed for a hundred million dollar renovation. What the hell? The hotel is fairly new. Anyway, it will open up as One Hotel South Beach and Residences. The rooftop, which was my fave in Miami, is also undergoing a mass renovation.
